According to a recently submitted permit application, the national breakfast and lunch restaurant chain Huckleberry’s is coming to San Jose.

Taking over the former Armadillo Willy’s space at 2071 Camden Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as Al Castello Ristorante, Lucky, and Peet’s Coffee.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the outpost’s franchisee, Rajdeep Singh, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, based on the business’s existing model, locals can expect a menu that ranges from appetizers such as beignets and fried green tomatoes to breakfast plates starring waffles, pancakes, and omelets — as well as po-boys and burgers for lunch.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
