Opened in 2010, Oenotri specializes in Southern Italian cuisine, with a menu built around locally sourced ingredients and handcrafted dishes. The restaurant menu focuses on fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Recommended items include margherita pizza, pesto pasta, short rib pasta, and wood-fired pizza.
In a social media post, the team announced that Oenotri will permanently close its restaurant at 1425 First Street on Saturday, November 14.

Community Responses on Social Media
The closure announcement drew a lot of attention on social media. Some of the regular customers expressed their disappointment over the closure.
One customer commented, “So sad! We will miss you and that amazing pizza. Dinner at the bar can’t be beat.”
A customer also shared a cherished memory and said, “I was there on the first day, and I’ll be there on the last day. Oenotri means “vine cultivators.” Cultivate and culture come from the same root: to tend, to care for, to dwell. That’s what this place was. ”
“So many amazing memories! Sad to see this, but so proud of the Oenotri team for 17 years!!!” another customer commented.
In the post, the restaurant team invited the community to visit and enjoy one more meal and drink before the permanent closure.
