A fresh casual eatery based in Nevada is moving into the Lone Star State. Rachel’s Kitchen announced last week that it plans to expand into the city of Dallas. The brand was founded in 2006 by entrepreneur Debbie Roxarzade and has grown to eight locations in the Las Vegas area.

No time frame or specific location was included in the announcement posted on restaurantnewsrelease.com, but the new Rachel’s Kitchen location in Dallas will reportedly maintain the restaurant’s signature aesthetic featuring a modern design and warm ambiance. Support from visitors who experienced Rachel’s Kitchen while visiting Las Vegas aided the brand in making the decision to move into the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

“Bringing Rachel’s Kitchen to Dallas has been a dream of ours for quite some time,” Roxarzade said in the report. “We are extremely grateful for the love and support we have received from our customers in Las Vegas, which has allowed us to grow and thrive over the years. Expanding to Dallas is a natural step for us, and we are thrilled to share our passion for fresh and delicious food with a whole new community.”

The extensive menu at Rachel’s Kitchen features an array of options including salads, wraps, sandwiches, pastas, and fresh squeezed juices. Some breakfast options include a burrito, pancakes, and Old-Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch options are Grilled Vegetable & Chicken Salad, Ultimate Grilled Cheese, and the Albacore Tuna Wrap. Juices, smoothies, and coffees are also available, as well as desserts of muffins, cookies, and more.
