Co-franchisees Clarke and Kim Hayes, committed to bringing the brand’s warm hospitality and delicious menu to the local community, are excited to introduce Baytown to the popular fast-casual chain.
According to the project’s permit, the Baytown location is a significant investment, estimated at $412,200, covering a comprehensive interior finish-out for the restaurant. The new space will cover 2,748 square feet and include a fully equipped kitchen, drive-thru, and restrooms.
Once completed, Chicken Salad Chick will offer its celebrated array of chicken salads, sides, and fresh desserts, catering to both dine-in and drive-thru customers. This Baytown addition is part of a broader regional growth trend, meeting the demand for a quick, yet homestyle meal that’s both flavorful and convenient.
The Hayes’ vision aligns closely with Chicken Salad Chick’s mission of offering wholesome, quality ingredients with a touch of Southern hospitality. Construction is expected to start in December 2024 with an anticipated wrap-up by March 2025.
