Located at 5922 Richmond Ave. Suite B, Mazar Kitchen will bring a blend of Samadi’s restaurant experience and passion for authentic, flavorful cuisine to the Westchase area.

According to permit filings, the build-out of the 1,888-square-foot space will transform the existing lease area into a full-service restaurant. The renovation will equip the kitchen and dining areas with the necessary layout and ambiance to support Samadi’s culinary vision.
Set in Houston’s bustling Westchase neighborhood, Mazar Kitchen is poised to make a notable impact in the city’s vibrant dining landscape. With a renovation budget estimated at $63,950, work on the project began in November 2024 and is expected to wrap up by February 2025.
