CAVA is coming to a new construction at 5500 McPherson Blvd in Fort Worth, according to a recent project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The report estimates construction on the 2,500 square foot restaurant will complete in May 2024.

CAVA is a rapidly growing, corporate-owned chain of Mediterranean fast-casual restaurants. Serving a selection of bowls, salads and pitas, CAVA’s menu boasts options that are healthy, customizable and quick. According to the website, CAVA perpetuates “the mediterranean way of life, where food is at the center of culture and connection.”

Costumes can choose from curated menu items or build their own bowl in an order-as-you-go style line. Bowls often begin with a base of saffron basmati rice, brown basmati rice, black lentils, or RightRice and can be topped with any – or all – of 13 toppings and ample dressing options. CAVA’s drink options are unique, featuring in-house teas, juices and lemonades, Maine Root fountain sodas and Spindrift canned drinks.

Of the nearly 300 CAVA locations in the US, Texas has the most concentrated amount with 52 locations, including over 12 in the DFW area alone. Learn more at www.cava.com.
