News first got out last year that Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers would spend big on a major second location on Las Vegas Blvd. The chain planned to spend $1.5 million on a renovation of a two-story building at 3791 S Las Vegas Blvd, with an LED storefront display system and 3,800 sq. ft. of space.

There was optimism that the massive Strip location would manage an opening before the end of 2021 or at the beginning of 2022, but while no such opening has yet eventuated, licensing paperwork recently submitted to Clark County seems to indicate that the location’s wheels are in motion and an opening is coming soon.

Raising Cane’s offers a streamlined menu featuring chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, Texas Toast, and coleslaw. These are available in combos like the The Box Combo, the Sandwich Combo, and—for guests looking to go a little wild—the Caniac Combo: six chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, a drink, and two ramekins of the brand’s signature Cane’s Sauce.

The location is in a building across Las Vegas Blvd from New York-New York Casino. The building is home to a food court featuring Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Subway, Panda Express, and other eateries. Also located in the building are a Marshall’s and a Coca-Cola Store.
