The Georgia-based restaurant Hattie Marie’s Texas Style BBQ & Cajun Kitchen is moving out West. The first Las Vegas location will land on South Las Vegas Boulevard across from Las Vegas South Premium Outlets.
The brand’s franchising opportunities have grown in recent years, seeing growth in Georgia and Texas. According to social media posts by the brand and founders, NFL Super Bowl Champion Brandon Marshall is heading up Hattie Marie’s Las Vegas.
Founders Willie and Ramona Griggie opened the first Hattie Marie’s BBQ in College Park, GA in 2017, named after Willie Griggie’s mother.
The restaurant is known for their Texas-style BBQ Ribs, Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, and smoked sausage. Plus their Cajun specialties like Fried Catfish, Macaroni & Cheese, Collard Greens, and Gumbo.
Brandon Marshall is a Las Vegas native and Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 champion. The City of North Las Vegas honored their hometown star, declaring June 10th “Brandon Marshall Day.”
Hattie Marie’s Las Vegas is currently under construction, no word yet on when they’ll be firing up the grill. Get to know the Hattie Marie’s menu by visiting their Website and follow on Instagram for updates on the Las Vegas restaurant.
