Fusion Grille will be revived in a new space on South Las Vegas Boulevard. The Indian restaurant will be joining Robindale Retail Plaza, just steps from Las Vegas South Premium Outlets in its new iteration.
Established in 2019, Fusion Grille serves authentic Indian cuisine in-house, plus catering services and takeout. The restaurant closed their original location in Downtown Las Vegas but will reopen with more chef-inspired dishes.
Specializing in vibrant, multicultural foods, menu highlights include Vegetable Samosas, Butter Chicken Egg Rolls, Tandoori Chicken Kabab, Bhindi Masala, and plenty of other vegetarian and gluten-free options.
