Eastern Las Vegas will soon welcome more Cajun cuisine to the city’s culinary community. Permit paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows plans for a new outpost of Cajun Crack’n—the chain’s first outside California and sixth in total—at 5841 E Charleston Blvd.

Cajun Crack’n menus have varied by location, and so the specifics of a Las Vegas menu remain unknown for now. In San Jose, CA, the menu features appetizers and soups including a variety of fries, Calamari, Gumbo Soup, and Cajun Chowder; Fried Baskets with proteins like chicken tenders, catfish, oysters, and shrimp; and Po Boys.

The main event, of course, is a seafood boil: Seafood in a Bag. Pick from a selection of seafoods (mussels, clams, crawfish, live whole lobster, live whole Dungeness crab, and more), sides like corn on the cob and boiled egg, and sauces that include New Orleans Cajun and Lemon Pepper.

The location in question is on the southeast corner of the intersection between E Charleston Blvd and S Sloan Ln, where Cajun Crack’n will be one of several eateries in a plaza, joining Angelina’s Pizza and Alberton’s Deli among others.

No information is currently available on the location’s timeline for construction and opening.
