Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is adding a new, health-focused option to its food court. Greens Plus will open in the resort’s food court, which is currently home to concepts like Nathan’s Famous Hotdogs, Johnny Rockets, and Pan Asian Express, offering acai bowls and other healthy choices to Mandalay Bay’s guests.

“It’s a fresh new healthy concept,” Robb Bonanno, operator of the resort’s food court, told What Now on Wednesday. “It’s an alternative for conventioneers coming to town who want something that’s both healthy and flavorful.”

The Greens Plus menu appears to still be under development, but Bonanno said the menu will feature acai bowls, wraps, sandwiches, smoothies and more.

If you’re wondering: yes, that’s the same Bonanno as Bonanno’s New York Pizzeria. The chain, which also has an outpost in the Mandalay Bay food court, will be familiar to anyone who’s made their way around Las Vegas. Bonanno’s offers hand-tossed New York-style pies in familiar varieties like Cheese, Pepperoni, and Supreme, plus BBQ Chicken and Broccoli Spinach & Tomato.

Joining Bonanno’s and Mandalay Bay Food Court’s other restaurant concepts, Green Plus will round out the roster with the sort of healthy fast-casual dishes that are on the rise in Las Vegas and everywhere.
