Though marked closed on Google, Distill located at the intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Russell Road may be showing some signs of life. Plans were recently submitted to Clark County for an interior and exterior remodel project named “Distill” at 5750 S Decatur Blvd, with a contract valuation for the work listed at $300,000.

Distill is a local bar brand from Michael Nigro of Nigro Construction.

The menu of a Distill bar is always subject to change, as Michael Nigro told The Las Vegas sun back in 2019. The brand has served dishes like Shanghai Brussels Sprouts, Cajun IPA Butter Shrimp and Avocado Egg Rolls, all alongside bar foods like burgers and wings.

“A lot of bars don’t focus on food. We do,” Nigro said. “Ninety percent of our menu is made from scratch, and every spring and fall, we take 10 items off and add 10 more.”

It’s not yet known what the plans might be for the Decatur Boulevard Distill location. What Now reached out to Michael Nigro this week. Nigro was not available for comment.
