Near the southwest corner of East Charleston Boulevard and South Arden Street, El Zarape, a family-owned local chain of Mexican restaurants, is preparing to open its fourth location. Licensing paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows the location opening at 4555 E Charleston Blvd, in suite 111.

What Now confirmed the news with a representative of the restaurant on Friday. The representative said the Charleston location will feature the same menu as the other three locations currently operating at Arville and Hacienda, Jones and Sahara, and Lamb and Lake Mead.

That menu features tacos with proteins like Al Pastor, Birria, Carne Asada, and Cabeza. Burritos come with the same, and are also available in varieties like the Chile Verde Burrito, the Vegetarian Burrito, and the California Burrito. Combo Plate entrees, which come with rice, beans, and salad, include the 3 Tacos Combo Plate (with choice of protein) and the Mole Combo Plate.

El Zarape also offers breakfast plates, which come with three eggs, beans and rice or home fries. These include the Breakfast Chilaquiles Rojos Plate and the Breakfast Rancheros Plate. Breakfast Burritos include the Machaca Burrito (shredded beef cooked with tomato, onions, and bell pepper, and eggs) and the Bacon Burrito, with bacon, eggs, and choice of refried beans or home fries.
