Not long after Bua Food Group‘s launch of a long-awaited location at Summerlin’s Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, beloved Thai restaurant chain Lotus of Siam is preparing to launch another new location, this time in Henderson, according to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Lotus of Siam’s menu has included starters like Fried Chicken Dumplings and Sa-Tay and soups and salads like Tom Yum Kai (Hot and sour soup with chicken, lime juice, lemon grass and straw mushrooms) and Spicy Squid Salad.
The menu has also featured BBQ dishes including Pla Dook Yang (Charbroiled whole catfish, served with tangy, spicy sauce & tamarind sauce) and Charbroiled Prawns, followed by a selection of specials, including Nua Nam Tok (Sliced charbroiled beef mixed with green onions, red onions, cilantro, dried & fresh chilies, lime juice & rice powder) and Hoh Mok Kai (with curry paste-chicken, egg. sliced cabbage cooked in a bowl).
According to the RJ coverage, the Henderson location will open at Henderson West, a mixed-use development being built at the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Bermuda Road, by the end of 2024. It will also feature a Thai-style sushi bar.
