Founded in 2008 in Bountiful, Utah, Mo’ Bettahs has grown to serve its Hawaiian Style Food at more than forty locations in states like Idaho, Texas, and Oklahoma. The chain is now planning to make its debut in Nevada, with a location set to open (according to recently submitted permit paperwork) at 4390 Cactus Ave in Las Vegas.

“Mo’ Bettahs has 3 planned Nevada locations in the works,” a representative of the company told What Now on Monday. “We are hoping to open the first location in the fall/winter of 2023.”

The Mo’ Bettahs menu features plates in several sizes, allowing guests to choose two or three of the brand’s Hawaiian style barbecue dishes, served with rice and macaroni salad. These protein choices include Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pig, Katsu Chicken, Teriyaki Steak, and Shrimp Tempura. Each plate comes with either Teriyaki Sauce or Katsu Sauce.

The 4390 W Cactus Ave location is in one of several buildings between Arville Street and Schirlls Street. Its neighbors include Highland Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics and, at the Schirlls intersection, Village Pub.

The Mo’ Bettahs representative said more information will soon be available about the chain’s Las Vegas debut. In the meantime, stay tuned and follow @mobettahs on Instagram.
