What Now reported back in April on the opening of Pot Master, a new restaurant from the restaurateur that brought Las Vegas the dumpling restaurant Xiao Long Dumplings. Pot Master has launched in Arville Square at 4300 Spring Mountain Road, Suite #103.

“How many different pots do we offer at Pot Master?” reads the brand’s website. “The answer is unlimited. With our unique 12 house blend flavors, and choices of proteins and vegetables, you can create your own signature pot in a minute.”

Pot Master’s soups include varieties like Creamy Curry Hot Soup, Mushroom Veggie Hot Soup, Korean Style Kimchi Hot Soup, and more. These are served alongside small bites like Fried Chicken Wings, Tempura Shrimp, Seaweed Salad, and Potstickers.

After launching Pot Master, owner Maya Kwang now has her sights set on her next project. Licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County by The Melting Pot LLC shows Soup-erb! Hotpot & Grill opening at 5130 Spring Mountain Road.

What Now confirmed news of the restaurant’s opening with Kwang on Thursday. Kwang said the restaurant is still 4-6 months away from an opening, adding that it is too early yet to share any details about the restaurant’s planned menu offerings. (For now we’ll have to go by its colorful name.) Kwang did not confirm the address given on the Soup-erb! Hotpot & Grill paperwork.
