Popular charcuterie arrangement chain Graze Craze is preparing for a major rollout in Las Vegas. A total of ten locations are planned for the valley, including both storefront and commercial kitchens. One commercial kitchen location is already in operation at 6250 Mcleod Drive, but Vegas is still awaiting its first storefront.
According to the Graze Craze website, that location is headed to 8085 Blue Diamond Rd.
Graze Craze offers a variety of grazing boards, including the signature Gone Grazey, whose selection of spreads, breads, meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and crackers is much too varied and long to list. There’s also the single-sized Lone Grazer for anybody looking for their charcuterie fix.
“The product itself is what led us into our investment,” Tom Cook, CEO of Pacific Bells, which has the development rights for Las Vegas, said earlier this year. “Seeing it in person really brings it home. It’s beautiful, it’s colorful, and it’s a great mix of ingredients, all at a great price with a high level of convenience.”
What Now reached out to Cook on Friday to inquire about plans for the Blue Diamond Road storefront and future Las Vegas storefronts. Cook said it’s still too early for comment. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming storefront locations.
