The business and restaurant community near the intersection of West Utah Avenue and South Commerce Street appears to be welcoming a new coffee roaster brand. Licensing paperwork was submitted to Clark County by FARO USA LLC for a restaurant called Iwanna Specialty Coffee Roasters at 61 W Utah Ave 101.

Behind FARO USA LLC is Alexandra Rodriguez, a local entrepreneur who also heads up Artsis Accessories, a jewelry designer offering “exclusive designs made with love.”

What Now reached out to Rodriguez this week to inquire about plans for Iwanna Specialty Coffee Roasters. Rodriguez was not immediately available for comment on the cafe concept.

As a result, little is yet known about Iwanna’s coffee and other food and drink offerings.

Opening in the West Utah Avenue location, Iwanna would join a food and drink community that includes popular brands like Able Baker Brewing, Horse Trailer Hideout, and Chocolate City Cigar Lounge.
