A new cafe featuring colorful, highly Instagrammable themed rooms, and a variety of cafe and patisserie eats is headed to the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian this summer. La Dolce Rose is slated to open in the shopping mall on June 1, brought to life by local hospitality company Gasparyan Group.

“It’s going to be a colorful location where people can come in, grab a coffee, take pictures, and socialize,” Tamara Gasparyan, president of Gasparyan Group, told What Now on Wednesday. “The food is going to be very picture-worthy, with signature cocktails, sandwiches, macaroons, cakes, and things like that.”

The Dolce Rose space will feature three themed rooms, along with a main seating area with a capacity of roughly 50.

That’s not all Gasparyan Group has been up to. The hospitality company recently opened El Corazon Cantina, “Where Tacos Dance and Margaritas Sing,” which has been amassing a significant Instagram presence (follow @el_corazoncantinalv) and making a splash with frequent special events, including DJ’s, live music, comedy nights, Mariachi brunch, and more.

Many of the details regarding La Dolce Rose Cafe are still under wraps, but stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
