Founded in 1989, Bagelmania is a longtime Las Vegas favorite for New York-style bagels. The brand entered a new stage when it was acquired by Stephen Siegel, the restaurateur behind the smash-hit Pinkbox Doughnuts, and it became Siegel’s Bagelmania.

“From a young age, Siegel frequented famous Los Angeles delis admiring the food and atmosphere in them,” says the Bagelmania website. “His lifelong experience and love of the food and concept is what inspired him to relocate and build a new large state of the art, yet authentic Jewish delicatessen and bakery, something Las Vegas has never had before.”

Under Siegel, the brand has also relocated from its Twain location to its current flagship at 252 Convention Center Drive. It also has a store at the Harry Reid International Airport.

Now, a third Bagelmania is in the works at Boca Park, according to Food Critic(al), who tweeted the following announcement:

“It’s happening!! A new @bagelmanialv is coming to the west side at Boca Park Shopping Center. A REAL Jewish deli and restaurant to serve the large Jewish population of Summerlin and The Lakes. A few months out, but we can’t wait. A menu of good food like Mom & Grandma made.”
