Phase two of Cadence Retail Center, based around East Lake Mead Parkway and Warm Springs Road in Henderson, has announced several new tenants, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported this week. They will open in the retail center whose total leasable area comprises “119,616 square feet, nine stores and 12 center properties from ROI Commercial Real Estate, spanning 33 acres.”

Among these is the homegrown Las Vegas favorite from Golden Entertainment, PT’s Pub. PT’s Pub is part of the PT’s Taverns family of brands, which also includes PT’s Gold, PT’s Ranch, Sean Patrick’s, Great American Pub (acquired by Golden Entertainment last year), and more.

“Since we first opened our doors in 1982, PT’s has been the ultimate hangout for locals in Vegas,” says the PT’s Taverns website. “While the city keeps evolving, one thing’s for sure: we’re still your go-to spot for awesome food, cold drinks, watching all of the sports you can think of, a killer rewards program, and service that feels like family.”

Additional details on the PT’s Pub location planned for Henderson’s Cadence master-planned community, including its precise location, are not yet available. Representatives of Golden Entertainment were not immediately available for comment this week.

“Phase two broke ground in August and has plans to finish in 2025, according to the ROI website,” the RJ coverage adds.
