Opening in Origin at Symphony Park: Aspire Coffee House

The mixed-used development announced the local favorite as its first retail tenant

On the heels of groundbreaking for its Cello Tower—“the first residential high-rise in Las Vegas in over 15 years”—mixed-use development Origin at Symphony Park has announced its first retail tenant: Aspire Coffee House.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the tremendous sales success of Cello Tower and to welcome Aspire Coffee House as the first of many exciting retail tenants at Origin,” said Patrick Brennan, Principal of Red Ridge Development in a press release. “Aspire Coffee House embodies the community-focused, high-quality experience we are curating at Origin, making it a perfect fit for our vision of a vibrant, connected urban neighborhood.”

The press release announced that the new Aspire location will occupy a “1,918-square-foot space on the Origin promenade,” featuring seating both inside and outside, offering “Aspire’s signature coffee, craft beers, and fresh, locally sourced treats in a space designed to foster connection and community.”

“We’ve always believed that great coffee brings people together, and expanding Aspire Coffee House to Origin at Symphony Park is an exciting opportunity to bring our passion for quality and community to downtown Las Vegas,” Mandie Gilbert and Lyndsi Lillis, co-founders of Aspire Coffee House, said in the press release. “We’re looking forward to creating a new gathering place where residents and visitors can connect over coffee, delicious food, and shared experiences.”

Origin at Symphony Park is expected to be reach completion in 2026, as a place where “distinctive architecture, dialogue with the city, and carefully curated mix of residential, commercial, and cultural elements create an unrivaled and authentic experience.”
