Dutch Bros has steadily been creating buzz in Orange County with vigorous expansion plans for new locations. According to city records, the specialty coffee chain wants to build a store at 24791 Alicia Pkwy.

Plans were submitted by the company and received by the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division in late February. It shows Dutch Bros is seeking approval for the construction of a small building.

Word from the Laguna Hills Residents page states that construction could commence as early as this spring. The site is located near the intersection of Alicia Parkway and Hon Avenue.

New Dutch Bros are popping up all over So Cal, as the brand embarks on an ambitious goal to reach 1,000 locations by 2025. Last year, the company reported there was a 31% increase in year-over-year revenue and 100+ new stores opened.
