Growing pizza chain Pizza Twist will soon open a Leander location, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 13920 Ronald W Reagan Blvd, within suite 205, near eateries such as the Toasted Yolk and Charminar Xpress.
Focusing on Indian-inspired renditions of pizza, Pizza Twist has quickly become a prominently expanding chain across the country. In a recent restaurantnews interview founder Harpreet Dahyia stated: “Our goal here is to be one of the main players in the pizza space. We are well on our way and continue to seek new markets where we are confident that Pizza Twist will grow.”
What Now Austin recently spoke to first-time franchise owner Mandeep Bal to get the low-down on this exciting new development.
“I had it in my mind to franchise a location with them for a long time, even before I moved to Austin,” Bal says. “Back in Virginia, I had been in touch with some contacts and now we’re secure enough to take the risk and go for it.”
When asked about the potential opening date, Bal looks towards the summer.
“It’s going to be sometime by the end of June or July.”
Until the chain debuts in central Texas, curious readers will have to travel to the DFW area for a taste of this exciting new fast casual concept.
