“It is our first restaurant,” owner Weihui Luo tells What Now Austin.
Construction notes state the project will consist of “Interior build out for 2350 s.f. lease space to be a new restaurant” spanning around 2350 square feet and costing an estimated $150,000.
Apart from the titular sushi and ramen, Mr. Luo adds that they will serve Chinese food.
So when can locals expect to try Bastrop’s newest Asian cuisine?
“I think we will open in December,” Mr. Luo estimates.
