McGovern Holdings partnered with Saxum Real Estate on a 294-unit apartment community in the Fishtown/East Kensington neighborhood. The building will be full of amenities ranging from a coffee house/co-working concept, two rooftop lounges, fitness centers, club rooms, electric charging stations & more.
Hagert & York Apartments opened in July in Fishtown. Located on the 1900 block of E. Hagert and E. York Streets, the community is near farmers’ markets, dining, close transit options, and many breweries. It’s also pet-friendly and has an on-site café.
Founder of McGovern Holdings, Sean McGovern said in a statement, “The fundamentals of the Philadelphia market remain strong. A grand opening at Hagert & York is scheduled in October.
