The Barrington dining scene is about to get an injection of fresh guacamole and hot queso. Chipotle, the reigning champion of fast-casual Mexican food, is opening a new Garden State location on Route 30, reports local media outlet NJ.com.

The Time Out Sports Bar & Grill, located at 241 White Horse Pike, has been demolished to make way for Chipotle’s latest restaurant. Construction has commenced on the beloved chain, which was recently granted approval from the Barrington Planning Board.

The White Horse Pike Chipotle, joining 92 other locations across New Jersey, will offer both indoor and al fresco dining. Additionally, the restaurant will feature a Chipotlane drive-thru lane for customers to pick up mobile orders on the go.

An opening date for the Barrington Chipotle is not currently available. However, since construction is underway, it is likely the eatery will be completed and ready to greet customers by late 2024 or early 2025.
