A popular dining chain has plans to breathe new life into a Sicklerville building. First Watch, known for its delicious interpretations of breakfast, lunch, and brunch cuisine, is coming to Gloucester County, reports local media outlet 42 Freeway.

The cafe is looking to take over the space at 625 Berlin-Cross Keys Road that last housed a Bertucci’s. First Watch intends to renovate the building considerably, making space for a bar that is distinct from the dining room-a first for the brand’s New Jersey presence.

Additionally, the Sicklerville eatery will feature both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior will be able to accommodate up to 158 customers, while the outdoor dining area will be able to seat 28 patrons.

The Gloucester County location is still in the very early stages, making an opening timeline impossible to estimate.

First Watch currently has three New Jersey locations; one in Cherry Hill, one in Sewell, and one in Union.
