One of West Chester’s favorite sushi restaurants is preparing to bring delicious rolls and a touch of refinement to the Garden State. Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi bar will be making its New Jersey debut later this year, reports local media outlet WPST.

The concept, which puts an emphasis on high quality ingredients, will be opening at 2000 NJ-38 in the Cherry Hill Mall. Kooma hasn’t announced an official grand opening date, however the mall’s website  states the restaurant plans to begin greeting guests this fall.

Kooma has two storefronts currently in operation in West Chester. The restaurant strives to bring a dose of elegance to its distinctive fare. Kooma describes its ethos, stating: “With a belief that food is art, our focus is on unforgettable taste and fine presentation. We hand-pick our ingredients to guarantee that our guests are treated to only the freshest and highest quality dishes.”

In addition to delectable, hand-crafted sushi rolls, Kooma offers a variety of unique cocktails, with an emphasis on signature martinis.
