Pilesgrove beer fans, prepare for your next big obsession. Bullhide Brewery, a new concept from the team behind Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters, is opening a tasting room and brewery in the area next year, reports local media outlet 42 Freeway.
Construction is actively underway on the 761 US-40 location, which is an extension of the existing Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters retail store. While a precise opening date is not currently available, Bullhide Brewery is on track to begin pouring drafts for satisfied customers in the first half of next year.
Owned and operated by Suzanne and Travis Zigo, the brewery’s website states it will be kicking off operations with a 10 barrel brewing system and a willingness and enthusiasm for growth.
Cowtown’s western theme will carry through the decor and atmosphere of Bullhide. The tasting room will have space to accommodate around 75 guests. Cowtown itself will be getting some cosmetic upgrades as well, without compromising the apparel and products customers have grown to love.
