While the world may not revolve around sushi, Lawrenceville fans of the Japanese favorite will soon have a paradise where the sushi revolves around them. International sensation Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is bringing delicious cuisine and a sense of whimsy to the neighborhood, reports local media outlet Lehigh Valley Live.

The restaurant is bringing its authentic fare to 3371 US-1. While an opening timeline is not currently available, Kura’s website states that the Lawrenceville location is “coming soon”.

Kura Revolving Sushi has been making a pretty concerted push into the Garden State recently. The concept opened a Cherry Hill location on October 19, and has a Paramus storefront in the works and on track to open in early 2025. Additionally, the brand has Jersey City and Fort Lee locations already up and running.

Kura Revolving Sushi adds a futuristic flair to its distinctive dining experience. The dishes are delivered directly to diners on conveyor belts threaded throughout the restaurant. Guests who return 15 plates to a designated vending machine can look forward to enjoying a prize.
