Persimmon Hollow Brewing Company, which started in DeLand as a dream of two brewers and best friends, Andy Sistrunk and Robbie Carelli, is hoping to open its third location in Disney’s Flamingo Crossings sometime after the first of the year. It now has breweries in DeLand and Lake Eola.
“We are excited to be part of the new Flamingo Crossings development,” Sistrunk said.
Like the existing locations, the new Persimmon Hollow Brewing Company will brew on site and have its own beers as well as the company’s core beers.
The brewery is hiring for its new location, which, Sistrunk said, will be built in the Neighborhood Brew Pub concept and will have a craft kitchen as well as craft beers.
“Our award-winning craft beers are beloved throughout Central Florida and our ever-growing distribution network. We will be soon opening our newest location at Flamingo Crossings. Our newest brewery and taproom will be opening soon and now is a great opportunity to begin your career at Persimmon Hollow,” the brewery writes on its website.
