In Good Company Hospitality Group is slated to launch their NYC restaurant, The Wilson, in Florida. The restaurant and event venue is part of the IGC family of luxury dining experiences and lounges from New York. The group have announced their Orlando arrival and plan to launch their first stop soon.
We don’t know too much about The Wilson Orlando and if it’ll be themed out specifically for their new home. The original location boasts fabulous interior design fit for your IG feed, indoor and outdoor seating, and private event space.
The Wilson serves bubbles and brunch, a full raw oyster bar, unique starters like the Brussels Sprout Tacos, and decadent main entrees like Braised Lamb Shank. Beyond bubbles, their specialty cocktail menu highlights seasonal flavors, and their non-alcoholic Mocktails keep things refreshing.
According to a recent Craigslist ad for bar and service staff, The Wilson will be located off Old Lake Wilson Road in Kissimmee. An opening date announcement has yet to be shared. What Now Orlando will stay tuned to IGC for updates. For now, get to know The Wilson at their NYC Website.
