First Watch, a restaurant chain with an already established presence in the Florida market, is doubling down to bring two more locations to the Orlando area. According to a spokesperson for the company, the two new restaurants will appear in Kissimmee and Orlando

The Kissimmee location will be found at 3200 N Poinciana Boulevard, near Tropico Mofongo, in a new construction. The process of building is already underway, and an exact opening date is not available, however we can expect it to appear in “spring 2022.”

Orlandians should look for a new construction at 7710 Palm Parkway, near Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and Portillo’s Hot Dogs. However, the Orlando location will not be open until early summer, and is still acquiring permits to begin construction.

The name “First Watch” is derived from the nautical term, which denotes the first shift of the day. Appropriately named, the brand is famous for their breakfast and brunch offerings. Recently, they rolled out menu changes that feature cocktails.

According to the restaurant’s website, there are 11 other locations throughout central Florida that diners can visit if they grow impatient.
