Liars Pub and Grill is planning to open its doors again during Memorial Day Weekend. This time, the spot is under the new ownership of Benjamin Mireles. What Now Orlando spoke with Mireles on Monday to confirm details.
The space will soon be renovated, and Mireles expects to begin work soon. There won’t be any big changes to the layout of the building, and most of the work will be focused on cosmetic revamps.
Mireles shared that he hopes to turn Liars Pub into a hub for entertainment. Guests can expect pavilions for outdoor seating and live entertainment, like comedy shows, DJ’s and karaoke.
The pub does have a new claim to fame. As Mireles said, it will be “the only air-fried sports bar in the U.S.”
Expect to find the new establishment open for Memorial Day celebrations at 3800 S. Highway US 1, Grant-Valkaria.
