What Now Orlando found a plan review filing with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for another Panera Bread location in Davenport. The 1030 initial plan review for new construction was filed by Panera LLC and was approved in December of last year. The store number included in the filing is 6259.
Currently, there is no information about the unit, or its progress or projected opening date on the Panera website. What Now reached out to area managers for comment, but have yet to hear back.
However, while the community waits to see how progress unfolds, there are three other Panera Bread locations in Champion’s Gate, Four Corners and the Celebration area.
We can expect to find this location at 1271 Posner Boulevard, in the Posner Park shopping center.
The Missouri-based company was founded in 1987 and has grown to more than 2000 locations. It is known for its quick service model for soups, salads, sandwiches and breads.
