According to owner Rienhold Lotterer, two new restaurants based on his already-established Aji Ceviche Bar brand are coming to the community.

The first location is to be called Aji Express, and it will appear in a building that formerly hosted a fast food restaurant at 5928 Butler National Drive. What most separates this location from its sister concepts is the forthcoming drive through. Currently, under construction, we can expect to find the doors open in “a month and a half to two months,” Says Lotterer.

The next concept, Aji Gastro Bar, will be in Lake Nona, and an address is not available at this time. However, Lotterer described the type of restaurant he is planning: a nicer, more upscale environment that is 5100-square-feet, including a patio with a lake view. The construction hasn’t started, and we can expect to find the concept in about 8 months.

While waiting for the exciting Peruvian cuisines to open, we can still enjoy the two operating locations Lotterer has for us now: one is Casselberry at 1436 FL-436, and the other in Orlando on 11236 Orange Blossom Trail.
