French Café 1515 (pronounced “fifteen-fifteen”), a locally owned and operated café will soon make its debut at 187 East Crystal Lake Ave within Suite 1021 in Lake Mary.

The café will be located in a prime location considering its proximity to Station House at Lake Mary Apartment Homes, the Lake Mary Police Department, SoFlo Hot Yoga, and the Lake Mary Sunrail station, making it an attractive breakfast or lunch choice for local residents, commuters, workers and yogis alike.

Co-owner Edwin Moore tells What Now Orlando that he and his wife, co-owner Ewa Moore, are currently in the permitting process and anticipating an October 16 grand-opening. The space will be 900 square feet, feature outdoor seating—two tables and chairs with umbrellas—and seat up to 25 inside.

Ewa Moore was motivated to open the café out of love for France and French cafés and informs What Now Orlando that they will be serving classic and casual French fare such as crepes, quiche, cheese and crackers, and croque madames—an egg-topped breakfast sandwich. As is customary in Paris, the restaurant will serve primarily breakfast and lunch.
