Todo Massas, an upcoming concepts by the owners of the former food truck La Gorda Y El Pirata, is soon coming to Orlando, according to recent public records. The eatery will be located at 2151 Consulate Drive, near neighboring Latin American establishments Melao Bakery and Tu Casa.

While owners Fernanda Lucena and Neidy Duran were not immediately available to explain the upcoming establishment’s menu and opening dates, readers can form reasonable expectations from their former food truck.

Formerly located at 904 N McMullen Booth Rd, La Gorda Y El Pirata (translated to The Fat Woman and The Pirate) served up classic Puerto Rican & Hispanic Caribbean dishes such as empanadas, fried plantains, and seafood-based dishes.

Another useful hint is that the eatery’s name — Todo Massas (All Doughs) — implies that the establishment will be serving up flour-based Latin goods such as empanadas.

No opening date has been announced.
