The Florida-based brunch chain, First Watch, is looking to open an outpost in Altamonte Springs in the future.
Florida’s public records reveal that it is seeking a home at 720 E Altamonte Drive, however Hunter Carpenter, a company public relations representative, confirmed that no leases have been signed yet but that it is looking for a location in Altamonte Springs. First Watch opened its flagship in Longwood in 1997. Now it has over 25 restaurants in the greater Central Florida area.
“We have been looking into new sites in Altamonte Springs, and love the community and hope to grow there, but have not executed any leases in the area and therefore have no new sites to announce at this time,” Carpenter says. “We’re always looking for new ways and places to bring our fresh take on breakfast, brunch and lunch to more of our neighbors.”
First Watch has a seasonal breakfast, lunch and brunch menu. Its summer menu offers specialities including but not limited to a strawberry tres leches french toast, carnitas breakfast tostadas, and mint mocha iced coffee.
Its menu includes but is not limited to its tri-fecta of waffles, eggs and bacon, as well as its traditional special with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. It also offers healthy sides like avocado toast and a power wrap, various egg dishes like benedict, a farmhouse hash, omelets and frittatas, pancakes and waffles, power bowls, salads, sandwiches like their twist on the BLTE with eggs.
