Growing healthy fast-casual Giardinos Gourmet Salads is soon opening a new Orlando location, according to recent public records. Set for 9165 S John Young Parkway, suite 105, the location will be run by Greg Lietensoen of D&G Fresh Creations – TRE, LLC.

“We’re not quite ready to provide details just yet,” Mr. Lietensoen tells What Now Orlando in a brief phone call, adding that information regarding the restaurant’s opening will not be available until early next year.

Unfamiliar readers can expect a take-out geared selection of salads, wraps, bowls, and soups that span the globe in flavor and spice.

“Our Food Philosophy is that the earth provides us with all we need to be healthy,” the official website states.

“It’s our commitment to source out those foods, prepare them in their most original forms, and serve them with love from the Garden to the Bowl. We recognize the importance of safety procedures and are proud to partner with reputable purveyors and quality farmers who follow all protocols. We understand the needs of our GUESTS, and our goal is for our community to have access to REAL.SIMPLE.FOOD at an affordable price.”
