A new Italian restaurant concept is headed to Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. Plan review paperwork was submitted recently by Aglioleo Group LLC for Pistachio, a high-class Italian restaurant concept to open at 640 Lincoln Road.
“There are several Italian restaurants in the area,” a representative of Aglioleo Group told What Now on Wednesday. “But none that are like this. This is a new Italian restaurant with high class food.”
That’s all the information there is for now on Pistachio’s menu because the chef is still developing it, the representative said. But it’s early yet. Pistachio is aiming for an opening in June of 2023.
The location is right in the midst of Lincoln Road’s thriving food and drink community, which includes nearby spots like Mammamia Gelato Italiano, Ole Ole Steak House, 7 Spices Mediterranean Restaurant & Cafe, and Cantinneta.
