Official Groundbreaking and Shovel Ceremony for The Shops at 75th Takes Place in Glendale On December 11

Diversified Partners, the Scottsdale real estate brokerage and development company, will break ground on a four-pad, 3.71-acre development at 9:30 a.m., Monday, December 11, at the southwest corner of 75th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Glendale, Ariz. The event is free and open to the public.

Located in the heart of the West Valley, the new project is part of Diversified Partners’ $100 million investment in commercial real estate in Glendale and features four different restaurants and shops, including Dutch Bros. Coffee, Cali Tacos Restaurant and BeBa Nails & Spa.

The development team includes ownership group Diversified Partners in conjunction with NRM Group LLC; construction management group: Foursite Development.

The official groundbreaking and shovel ceremony will take place at 7501 W Bethany Home Rd., Glendale Arizona.
