According to recent public records, a unique new establishment is coming to Del Valle.

Austin Surf Club, run by acclaimed former pro surfer Jeff Bizzack, will begin building its Outlook Restaurant at 4836 HI 71, Building 1.

“Austin Surf Club is a one-of-a-kind surf residential community where cutting-edge technology and classic surf culture converge,” the official website states.

“It is a fusion of urban energy and coastal serenity that embraces the adventurous spirit of Austin, Texas and brings the joy of surfing to your front door.”

Construction notes detail the “Renovation and expansion of existing restaurant. This includes a 1,000 SF dining room expansion, 275 SF prep expansion & a 1,000 SF kitchen renovation. Total SF is 4,434.” The job will cost an estimated 2.4 million dollars.
