Tiny’s Milk & Cookies is bringing its signature baked goods and cozy café experience to 3423 White Oak Dr Bldg A. This will be the fifth location overall for the brand, and its fourth in the Houston Metro. Gregg Thompson, Partner at Thompson/Hanson, Inc. and Tiny Boxwoods Holdings LLC, confirmed the expansion.
“We have been looking [for] a great location in the Heights for a number of years and feel like we found the perfect location and building,” Thompson shared to What Now Houston. The site, situated in the heart of the vibrant Heights neighborhood, is expected to be an ideal fit for Tiny’s focus on walkable, community-centered spaces.
The new Heights location will feature several enhancements compared to its predecessors. “The space is a little bit bigger than our other ones,” Thompson said, allowing the team to explore new possibilities. “We’ll have a kitchen that will be able to allow us to expand our offerings.” These expanded offerings may include more sandwiches and lunch items, depending on neighborhood demand.
While no immediate plans for additional locations have been finalized, Thompson expressed the company’s ongoing interest in new opportunities. “We are not in a great big hurry to expand, but, we are always on the lookout [for] great spaces that are located in great neighborhoods that are walkable and within close proximity to schools, homes, restaurants, other neighborhood businesses, etc.,” he added.
With its signature charm and a few new menu items in store, Tiny’s Milk & Cookies is gearing up to make a big splash in the Heights with an aim to open its doors by mid-summer 2025, pending permit approvals and construction timelines.
