A popular hospitality group is bringing Wayne a unique taste of sophistication and fusion for 2025. Win Hospitality will be opening Maison Lotus, which promises to delight guests with French and Vietnamese flavors, early next year, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The fresh concept is moving into Margaret Kuo’s old home at 175 Lancaster Avenue. A precise opening date is not currently available, however Win Hospitality’s co-CEOs Pearl and Paul Somboonsong are eying the first quarter of next year.

Maison Lotus will allow plenty of space for visitors to enjoy its elegant blend of Vietnamese and French cuisine, sprawling across 10,000 square feet and three stories. The eatery will feature an adjacent cafe and bakery, akin to Suraya, another beloved Win Hospitality concept.

Maison Lotus is certain to bring something wholly unique and entirely welcome to the local dining scene. The restaurant’s website describes its aspirations, stating “A culinary innovation, offering French-Vietnamese dishes in a space designed to capture a bygone era of romance and the spirit of celebration.”
