One of Pennsylvania’s most consistent and reliable hospitality groups is bringing a little speed and a little excitement to Wayne in 2025. Fearless Restaurants, the team behind favorites including White Dog and Rosalie, are opening a location of their new concept Testa Rossa in the neighborhood next year.
The eatery, which will specialize in Italian-American cuisine, is taking over the space at 523 West Lancaster Avenue that previously housed a Bertucci’s. A precise opening date is not currently available, however Wayne foodies can look forward to sinking their teeth into Testa Rossa’s delicious fare relatively soon; the website states “Coming soon! Testa Rossa Italian America Kitchen in Wayne will be opening in 2025.”
Testa Rossa has one other location currently open and in operation in Glen Mills. The food is prepared fresh and in-house, including house-made pastas and hand-tossed pizzas. The expansive menu features a variety of individual and share dishes.
Testa Rossa will also offer an impressive drink program, complete with elegant cocktails, a broad wine list, beer, and mocktails for those who don’t want to imbibe.
