JINYA Ramen Bar, known for its slow-cooked approach to ramen, is opening a new location in Peoria at the Northeast corner of N 83rd Ave and W Happy Valley Rd.
The company recently applied for permits through the city of Peoria to open at The Trailhead, first reported by UpperWestSidePHX. JINYA Ramen Bar’s third Phoenix location will be owned by existing franchise owner Daradee Olson, who tells What Now Phoenix that he hopes to open this location in late April or early May 2025. Once this location opens, Olson says he hopes to open even more locations throughout Phoenix, although it’s unclear exactly where.
When this new Peoria location opens, customers can expect authentic ramen made with broth that is slowly simmered for over twenty hours. The restaurant has six signature broths, each balanced with flavors from whole pork bones, chicken, and vegetables, with just the right amount of bonito, dashi, miso, kombu, and other classic Japanese ingredients. The result is a rich broth that is thick, full-flavored, and unforgettable. While JINYA Ramen Bar has locations throughout the United States, the company only has two locations in the Valley: Central Phoenix and Chandler.
“At JINYA, experience ramen for the first time on this side of the Pacific like it was meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with handmade noodles,” according to the company’s website. “Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chasu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic that will take your ramen bowl to the next level. Then elevate your experience further by pairing it with small plates or a craft beer.”
