Hawaiian Fresh Seafood, a seafood wholesale with a brick-and-mortar in Point Loma, is getting ready to open a new location in Poway at 12202 Poway Road, Site #100.

The company’s second location is set to open in the former home of Greens Please Wellness Kitchen in the Pomerado Plaza, sharing a building with Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids and Starbucks, according to documents submitted to the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. Frank Porcelli, the president of Hawaiian Fresh Seafood, tells What Now San Diego that this location will open in five to six weeks, hoping for a mid-March opening.

When the new Hawaiian Fresh Seafood location opens, it will offer a rotating menu featuring some of our most popular Hawaiian-style poke bowls, Hawaiian desserts, and more, similar to our location in Liberty Station. The Hawaiian Fresh Seafood in Liberty Station serves small and medium poke bowls and poke nachos. This location also has a happy hour from 3 PM to 5 PM, with various desserts and drinks available. Additionally, the company has a wholesale branch at Centerpark Labs, where Hawaiian Fresh Seafood is recognized as San Diego’s source for authentic Hawaiian-style poke, Hawaiian-inspired cuisine, and island staples.

“We are a true boat-to-table operation and take pride in offering our local customers the same fresh-off-the-boat quality that we’ve serviced our chef & restaurant customers with since 2006,” according to the company’s website. “Whether you’re craving some authentic Hawaiian-style Poke or are simply in the mood for something new, Hawaiian Fresh Seafood at Liberty Station is well worth your next meal!”
