Independent Cafe Coming to Oviedo

According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is coming to Oviedo.

Bliss Cafe, led by James Wang of Zhou Enterprises Inc, will be coming to 191 East Mitchell Hammock Road. The establishment will be near Panera and Jinya Ramen. 

What Now Orlando could not find much public information on the upcoming establishment. Only the plan review filing and the business registry file

No opening date has been announced.
